The name of these cupcakes suggests the ease of preparing them...Said and done!

The dough is the same of "Cancellate", but for the shape. The dose is rich: 1 kg of eggs, 600 gr of sugar, 600 gr of evoo, zest from lemon (if you like) or our lemon seasoning olive oil, baking powder, flour as required.

The paste is smooth, not too solid. Just pour it into the mold of cupcake and in oven for 40 minutes, at 180°.

These are the tipical friandies ready to be served to people visiting, so it is very usual to find them in the pantry of houses and local shops.
