The first olive oil mill was born in 1957 by grandpa Guido, during the postwar period he had no many options, so he started up a craft with the few and available agricultural resources, water and soil to raise a trade and a family.

In 1986 th olive oil factory has been moved and renovated with millstones, modular kneaders and centrifugal separators.

Today we have renovated with a mechanic crushing machine in continuous cycle, enhancing the quality of the oil. The need of renovating is still present, in order to preserve the quality and the value of the fruits and territory.

Family is the essence of our business. Since 1957, grandfather, father and daughters have preserved the tradition, we still believe in nature, in olives and extra virgin olive oil.

We produce a concentrated oil from the local olives of Bucchianico and nearby hills.

For generations the volume of production of evoo is restrained in order to preserve the fruitfulness of soils and a proper crop cycle, moreover, the fruit vegetation quality is very high.
