This is the family's recipe, it tastes of mother and home. We make it with the same handmade mold of cannoli, the frying pan, still the same over the years.

The frying oil is always the good one, but with the flavor of lemon essential oil - we produce the lemon seasoning oil in very small amount, available in bottles 500ml.

The ingredients are the same of the recipe of Cancellate, but it needs more flour, the dough is cut into stripes and then rolled on the mold, ready to be fried and stuffed with
classic custard.

A sprinkle of icing sugar and the magic is served.
