This variety of olive is gaining the status of PDO - Colline Teatine Vigorous tree with high yield parameters.
Medium-high extraction yield (14/16%), easy extraction processing. The oil is fruity, the color is yellow turning to green.
Ripening: late and gradual.
The tree has a vast crown with long internodes.
Leaves are large and have a dark glossy green color above, no arching layer.
The stone fruit is medium/large( from 2,2 gr to 3,3 gr) and ovoid shape, short peduncle , separation resistant. The color of the ripe drupe is red-purple.
